The Library Is Still Open! On Episode 8, only 5 queens are left and tensions are running high. After Thorgy's elimination on Episode 7, we're still mourning her departure, but this episode gave us life!! It's Puppet Challenge time and the girls go in, with Derrick & Naomi now at odds and using their puppets to throw shade at one another. The standout is ChiChi, who channels Bob perfectly! The Maxi Challenge brings us the RuPaul Book Ball. Each queen has to present three looks: Baby Drag Realness, That's My Mama Realness, & Autobiographical Eleganza Extravaganza. They also have to choreograph and perform a musical tribute to Amy Sedaris' iconic character Jerri Blank from Strangers With Candy. We also read some listener questions & comments, so drop us a line! We'll be giving you a piece of our mind every Wednesday, so be sure to subscribe!

This episode marks Grizzly KiKi's 2-Year Anniversary!! Grizzly KiKi began as a reality TV recap podcast. However, it very quickly took on a life and direction of its own. Before we knew it, we were interviewing drag queens and creating an oral history of nightlife artists. After 187 episodes and interviews with 84 Queens & Artists, we have learned more about our community and ourselves than we ever anticipated. To celebrate our anniversary, we answer listener questions and become the subjects of our own podcast. We also received an outpouring of congratulations from our former guests and share their messages on-air. Thank you for joining the party & keeping the kiki going!!

Say Hello to Miss Barracuda 2016, Kari Kerning!! Kari is a high-concept comedy queen, whose looks jump right off the pages of her sketchbook and into reality. She recently won the most coveted title in New York City nightlife, after competing in a series of challenges perfectly suited to her aesthetic and talent. Ms. Kerning honed her drag skills while at art school in Columbus, Ohio. After winning a pageant her first night out in drag, Kari was invited to participate in one of The West Family's semi-annual productions. When she showed the one and only Nina West a sketch of her now-iconic saggy titty look, she adopted her on the spot!!
