I left my job and an industry I’ve been in for the last 4 and a half years. I was no longer feeling fulfilled and am currently embarking on a journey to figure out what it is I want to do in this life. Life is too short to keep things in your life that don’t start a fire in your soul. This episode I talk about my career journey, my good/bad experiences, and what I’m doing now to keep my bills paid while pursuing my passions. QUIT YA JOB!!! 

Loss is hard no matter what it looks like. When your life takes an unexpected turn and you’re left on your back asking “what’s next” is extremely tough. This episode is about healing from a break up and losing someone you love. How to set yourself up for success and what to do next when you feel like you have no idea. I also talk about healthy detachment. Something I have been studying for the last few weeks. Learning how to loosen the grip on the need to control and not letting things control you.

Let’s talk about sex babyyyy. This episode we dive into my relationship with sexual intimacy in all phases of my life. I talk about how being sexually abused framed my sexual experiences. I talk about lulls in relationships. I talk about the affects sex can have on one’s mental health if they’re struggling with self esteem or body image issues. And I talk about how important communication with your sexual partner is to create a safe space. This was such a fun episode to film.
