Here is a nice meditation for those of you doing some inner child work. In this meditation, we will hold space for the different parts of yourself to explore wounds and initial responses to those wounds. We will slow things down by identifying how you can meet your needs from your authentic self. Thank you for practicing along with me!

Parts work (within Internal Family Systems therapy) is a main part of the work that I do- and I find it can be such a helpful framework when we are unlearning old patterns and reconnecting to some new ones. This episode is a nice overview of parts work and how we can work to put it into practice.
I referenced Richard Schwartz's book, "No Bad Parts" here and recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more!
