Lauren Francois is a manifestation and mindset mentor to female entrepreneurs, midwest mom of 2 toddlers, wife, and outdoors lover. She began her entrepreneurial journey 7 years ago when she dove into network marketing.
Within 2 years she grew her network marketing business to replace her full time income, quit her full time job and become a full time entrepreneur. However, after having 2 babies within 19 months of each other she found herself feeling stuck, bored and uninspired, and watched her business go backwards for 2 years. She knew something was missing, something had to change, and that there had to be a better way.
After investing in a 1:1 mentor and deeply diving into manifestation and mindset work, she was able to create massive shifts within her own life, business, finances, and relationships, and become a grateful, energized, passionate, mompreneur, on the brink of her first 6 figure year. She now helps other women feeling exactly like she did, take their businesses to the next level and create the lives they truly desire.
In this episode, Lauren shares the science behind how manifestation actually works! We chat about the mindset that needs to be cultivated in order for these strategies to succeed and how simple it all can be.
If you want to learn all about manifestation, mindset work, growth and personal development, be sure to listen to this interview with Lauren Francois!

Today’s episode features, for the first time ever on the Grounded and Growing Podcast, a published author named Charde Vera. Charde is a New York based author who is also a full time mother as well as a U.S. Navy veteran. In this episode, Charde gives us the inside scoop on her new children’s book entitled She Is which will be releasing on August 30, 2021. Her book She Is was created for young girls and is filled with positive affirmations and encouraging poems to enforce self love and build self esteem. In her efforts to create a positive impact for young women, she also created a companion journal for her book called “I Am” which allows readers to apply what they learn in the book and really be able to implement its teachings of positive affirmations through the art of journaling.
This episode is filled with positivity, encouragement and lots of vulnerable moments as Charde shares the process of what it was like to bring this book to life. We talk about the realness of feeling inadequate in the pursuit of something new and how to overcome our own doubts and fears.
This episode is really amazing especially if you are a parent and is filled with so many creative ideas and ways for parents and children to bond and create open and honest relationships. Even for myself, although I am not a parent, there is still so much to learn about how your own growth journey can affect others around you and the importance of taking responsibility for your own happiness and energy.

In celebration of #MotivationalMonday, I wanted to share a message that was placed in my heart from recent personal experiences. As much as I love to share ways to get ahead, grow your business and win in life, today I wanted to talk about what to do when you’re feeling overwhelmed by comparison or experiencing self doubt.
Self doubt is something we all go through from time to time, and if you’re an entrepreneur like me, it’s something that can be hard to overcome when you expect a lot from yourself. In the past, when I’ve felt down or like I wasn’t doing enough, it would take me days and sometimes even weeks to get past it. But by implementing these 3 simple steps that I share in this episode, I was able to overcome my negative feelings in literally just minutes, and that was something I felt worth sharing!
While these tactics have worked wonders for me, I want to know how they impacted you! Let me know by sharing your feedback by sending me an email at [email protected]. or filling out a feedback form by clicking this link! https://form.jotform.com/211750198420047

As always, I hope you enjoy this episode and thank you for tuning in!
In today’s episode, we have guest speaker Kylie Biazevich who is a certified yoga instructor and also an advocate for all things health and wellness, and when I say all things I mean physically spiritually mentally and emotionally. She is a female entrepreneur who is currently building a business around self awareness and healing, with the intention of leading and guiding others to find that in themselves.
In this interview, Kylie and I share a lot of what seem to be unpopular opinions around healing and spirituality. We take a deep dive on why mental health/healing has become such a topic of discussion now and why we’re still battling with people being able to be open about what they’re going through. This conversation, by design, disrupts the social norms of how many of us have been conditioned to not talk about our feelings and how some people have even been discouraged from feeling their feelings!
This is a really great episode for anyone who may be feeling lost or overwhelmed by the thought of needing to be further along in life than you are and is a great reminder that we are all exactly where we are meant to be! As a bonus, we kick off this episode with some grounding since this is after all the Grounded and Growing podcast! So I hope you learn something from this episode and also enjoy getting grounded and growing with us!
