Adam Granduciel is frontman of The War On Drugs, and the Shrinks caught up with him in between stints on a global tour for the band's new album, I Don't Live Here Anymore. Adam got into golf the same way Connor did: caddying as a teenager outside Boston. The pandemic brought him back to the game with fervor, and now he's circling off-days during tour to break out the sticks. He even dropped a golf lyric into the new album. Adam shares culinary delicacies on tour, balancing music with a young family, and a unique favorite golf smell for GGT. Hit 'em straight. Mind your golf.

Howdy jocks, welcome back. Liz and Maya are here, talking about the best Ponzi scheme in all of golf: mini tours. The mini tour circuit is really hard and can be dire circumstances for some players so if you know anyone out there grinding, toss them some coin.

Bradford, Connor, and Drew took some time off between season 1 and 2, to make space for life changes and swing changes, and the Shrinks unpack the triumphs and challenges faced during that break. In this session: finding comfort in chaos, creating your dream job, burning the forest to see what grows back, going to the moon. We are proud to release this session exactly one year after the Group Golf Therapy group text was born—and we are overwhelmed by all of your support in our pursuit of normalizing discussions about how golf makes us feel. We thank you and love you for listening. Hit 'em straight. Mind your golf.

Roger Steele is one of the most interesting people in golf. Did you know he was an engineer before he became a golf content creator? After founding Hipe Media, Roger has been entertaining us with his Rill Talks on Instagram, and sharing his creative skills with brands like Trap Golf, Five Iron, Callaway, Golf Pride, and now Nike. Roger credits his parents with helping shape him into the person he is today, and also thanks his city, Chicago, for how he views and moves through the world. We know you will enjoy this session with Roger Steele as much as we did. We're also inviting ourselves to his Champions dinner. Because tacos. Hit 'em straight. Mind your golf.

Guest number one and fellow jock Shane Diamond joins Maya and Liz to further discuss trans representation and inclusion in golf. He also provides the first *nice take* yet so…that’s different…
Shane plays golf without a score, famously built a clubhouse and fights for LGBTQ+ .

We are back for season 2 of Group Golf Therapy. Bradford, Connor, and Drew took some much needed time to reset, take stock, work on self-care, and prepare for a whole new adventure as the Group Golf Therapy universe continues to expand. Our first session back in the couch features Andrew Haynes, VP and Executive Creative Director of Fairgame. The tables are turned in this session, though: Andrew interviews us about how we got into golf, the Group Golf Therapy origin story, and why golf can be the best way to understand yourself.
We hope you're as excited as we are for the return of Group Golf Therapy. We have a great season in store for you, and this conversation with Andrew sets it all up. Remember: hit 'em straight, and mind your golf.

Welcome back, jocks! This week, the jocks are talking about the sleep paralysis demon that haunts us all: Barstool Sports. Maya and Liz are also visiting the Greyson wolf in sheep’s clothing that Barstool occupies in golf, who they believe really make golf a fun place for all, and their Lord and Savior, Bradford Wilson and Juneshine.
This week on the Lipout, Liz and Maya discuss the golf courses they still think about. What golf courses occupy your dreams or, ya know, nightmares?
