As we conclude our study in Philippians chapter 2we will look at Verse 4 and focus on Selflessness. So that we not only lookout for our own interest that we also lookout for the interest of others.

We continue with part 4 of "It is a new day at Grove Avenue Baptist Church", we want to glorify God by living the mind of Christ. As we continue in our study in Philippians 2:3 we will focus on Humility.

We continue with part 3 we live to glorify God, but how do we know we are verifying God through scriptures we know we glorify God by living the mind of Christ. To live in Unity, Humility, and Selflessness.

How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony! It is a new day at Grove Avenue Baptist Church as we welcome our new Senior Pastor Dr. Ben Gutierrez.

Elijah is the “super prophet” and his story is truly miraculous. In the Tanakh or the Old Testament we are told that the Lord sustains his life, feeding him according to Jewish tradition from the kings table by ravens.

These wise men, the magi, had a serious commitment to seeking the truth. They had traveled for months to get to Jerusalem. The scribes and religious leaders had the truth, they had the Scriptures, yet they aren’t taking it to heart.

The story of Christmas does not begin in a city called Bethlehem. It begins in a garden called Eden. There, immediately following the Fall when Adam and Eve yielded to the temptation of “the ancient serpent”, God made a promise to send a Savior. (2019-12-15)
