Grow out of it

means to stop doing something as you mature or evolve.

Examples:

1- I used to keep my work quiet because I thought nobody cared. But I’ve grown out of playing small. Now I share my voice confidently.

2- I questioned myself all the time, wondering if I was good enough.
 But I’ve grown out of that — I trust my skills and the value I bring.
