  • Strategies For Healing From Depression | Aarionna Lusane

*Trigger Warning* Depression does not have to hold you forever. Nor does it need to affect your life for years on end.

Aarionna went through 5 years of severe depression and suicidal thoughts, but discovered strategies that ultimately healed her and allowed her to free herself from the stronghold it had on her.

If you are struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts, please reach out to 1 (800) 273-8255 or text TALK to 741741. Even though Aarionna shares how she healed herself, neither of us recommend attempting to heal on your own. It’s ok to admit to someone that you’re struggling and need help. You and your life are worth something and there are plenty of people and organizations that are open and ready to help you on your journey.

      • Chronic, Mystery, or Invisible Illness? You can Heal. | Cassidy Amber Chapman

Are you experiencing an illness that you, doctors, and specialists can't seem to explain? Are you tired of reaching dead ends with finding a solution? Well, fear not because you are not alone.

Cassidy Amber Chapman experienced the same thing at just 16 years old. After doctors repeatedly told her that she was fine, people telling her that she was faking it, and going through a deep depression and suicidal thoughts, she decided to take her healing into her own hands.

Even though she had no idea how she was going to do it, she was determined to figure it out. The journey she went on led her to heal 12 of the 15 food allergies she had, lose over 60 lbs, and heal many of the symptoms that caused her so much pain.

Cassidy's message is one of empowerment as she believes that women with chronic, mystery, and invisible illnesses can reclaim control of their health and accomplish deep healing.
