Maintaining grit and working closely with the industry to project his vision were critical success factors. Today, his platform is a dominant and essential market force that enables SaaS companies to succeed.

John lives by the creed of prioritizing employees above all else. He thinks that leading a company is about getting personal and engaged with employees. John says that keeping employees motivated will ensure they take care of the customers—and that leads to better profitability.
