Later we’ll look at the Christian walk, unity of the spirit, and of course marriage and family relationships. In the latter part of chapter three, Paul is exhorting the Ephesians to put their trust completely in Jesus. It sounds easier than it is, as we all know.

We have some VERY encouraging and challenging verses to look at over the next couple of broadcasts. Ephesians chapter three, verses thirteen through twenty one show Paul’s heart and gift for encouragement at their best. Stick around for today’s study and you’ll see what I mean!

Do you enjoy a good mystery?  Perhaps a good old Perry Mason classic on TV, or a modern day Police drama?  As it all develops, our minds fixate on the clues and wonder how it’s all going to pan out.  Today we encounter a mystery of a different kind, and this one has been revealed! 

Unity is defined as The state of being one and Singleness of purpose or action. Usually - unity is achieved around a concept, an ideal or a leader. But there can still be rifts and disagreements that occur through disappointments or ambition. But the body of Christ is not only unified in the truth about Christ - but God provides us with a love and power to strengthen us in our unity.

Pastor Jim Jarrett's focus today is the example we have in Paul the Apostle - who endured all kinds of hardship - yet remained grateful and excited to be a steward of the truth and mysteries of God.
