EP8: It's May, meaning exam season is officially upon us! After going through my fair share of this awful, anxiety-filled stressful time in life, I wanted to provide you with the best set of advice and tips I could give you after learning a lot of things myself so that you are fully prepared for the next month or so. We talk about procrastination and dealing with a lack of support, and I even give you multiple pep talks to help you realise that you are fully capable of doing this. Believe it sister!! EP 7: In this episode we talk about something I've been putting off for a while because it makes me emosh - long distance relationships!! Having experienced this for the last 3 years I finally feel qualified enough to share with you all some things my partner, James, and I do in our relationship to keep going strong, and I also talk about the positive side of doing long-distance that no one seems to talk about. EP5: Recently I've been in quite a rut with my passions and dreams. I was once this lil girl with huge plans for life and just went for it with so many things, but now I feel like I never have the time or energy anymore to pursue my passions, or even have the time to figure out what they are, and it's been something I've been thinking about a lot. EP2: I'm not gonna lie guys - this one gets deep! I've struggled with anxiousness for as long as I can remember which, when combined with academic validation, became all too much when I was younger but sparked a conversation with a kind teacher that changed the game for me. In this episode, I share what I learnt from that conversation, and how I used it to cope with my own struggles and 'bad head days' still to this day.
