  • Episode 9. Why Are You Holding You Back?
Okay, so Episode 8 was a lot to process. Understandably so, it was a lot for me too. Thankfully, the biopsy came back clear. I'm still not entirely out of the woods, but I'm definitely feeling more blessed.
The past month has been a reminder of who I am and what I'm capable of. I was drifting off course and needed to refocus on my purpose. I realized I was tired of feeling sorry for myself and needed to be more resilient. This self-reflection, though challenging, has motivated me to take control of my life.
I'm no longer going to let negativity hold me back. I'm committed to being tired but dedicated, tired but productive. I'm taking control of what I can control and feeling more purposeful and graceful.

  • Episode 7. New Seasons Call for New Growth
Hey everyone, I apologize for the delay in posting episode 7. I know I promised it would be up quickly, but I got a little sidetracked. I was so caught up in admiring the view from all the growth I’ve accomplished that I started to slow down my progress. I had to take some time to reevaluate myself and dust off a few areas I’d overlooked. I wanted to be sure I fully understood the steps I needed to take before sharing them with you. I always try to practice what I preach, so I didn’t want to post anything too quickly or share anything I wasn’t completely confident in.

  • Episode 6. Prioritzing Purpose
Growing pains! Balancing my purpose with you all. Like a bigger cup, I need time to refill and give more. Don't take distance personally, it's about boundaries for future abundance. Stay resilient, like gladiolus! Episode 7 brewing, new phone might mean more social media. Thanks for being a constant reminder for me!

  • Episode 5. Bold Lines, Clear Boundaries
Boundaries! From people-pleaser to learning to never lessen my value. Vulnerability became my superpower, not weakness. Boundaries are my tool, showing what I deserve in love and communication. Enforcing them can be tough, but I learned to stand my ground, even with loved ones. It hurt, but empowered me. This journey's ongoing, but I'm learning to say no for myself, and that's freedom. Like the yarrow flower, I'll keep growing, strong and protected. Thanks for being here!

  • Episode 4. It's Not What You Say...
In this episode, I explored the complexities of communication, likening it to love. We can both give freely, but that doesn't guarantee it's healthy or effective. It's all about understanding how people best receive information. I reflected on my own communication style, admitting it used to be blunt and fueled by emotions. Now, I focus on processing things before reacting, prioritizing clear communication and respect. These are the cornerstones of strong relationships, don't you think? That's why I ended the episode with a question for you: How do you communicate effectively? What are your boundaries? Let's chat!

  • Episode 2. Vulnerability - Part Two

This year's been a turning point. I'm finally learning what vulnerability means – being real with myself, flaws and all. It's about taking charge of my happiness, not waiting for others to hand it over.

Come along with me as we go over how life, therapy and some serious self-reflection, helped me blossom.

This podcast is my way of sharing my messy, honest journey. We'll talk about everything – the good, the bad, the awkward. I want to create a safe space for open discussion and inspire you to grow with me.

It wasn't easy, but I'm finally breaking free from that box. Discomfort is okay now, because I'm growing beautifully, like a lotus flower. Trust yourself, trust the process.

This episode is just a peek. We'll dive deeper into work, relationships, .... life as we grow. So join me on this unconventional growth journey! Thanks for being here, and see you next time!
