1Ring is a content creator who live-streams on YouTube in the atheist/deconstruction space. 

However, that wasn’t always who they were. 
When Ring was a child, they were raised within a strict Foursquare household. 

As they put it: “Foursquare is very much Pentecostal lite (same great flavor now with zero snake bites).”

1Ring remained active in their church until they joined the US military, where they also came to recognize themselves as a trans/enby individual. 

In their story, Ring tells us about “counseling” exorcisms, and the thoughts that lead them to becoming the person they are today.
