Trust, as we know, is the foundation of all fruitful relationships. During "a season of Trust", as she refers to it, Sarah found herself forming a deep sense of Trust in God which would lead to a the Garden-like relationship we are exploring Growing Wild. In this episode, as we continue to explore life with God in "the wild" , we will explore the trustworthiness of our Heavenly Father, and discuss what it looks like to express our trustworthiness to right back to God, and why that is just as important. Relationships are a two way street, of course.
If trust in general is a tricky thing to tackle for you, get ready for some deep healing, some Holy Spirit tending and eye opening revelation. God longs for us to live in a trusting relationship with Him, and whether we recognize it or not, we long for his trustworthy Companionship, as well.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones. Proverbs 3:5-8 ESV
