When you live your greatest and best life every waking moment, things happen, what time means to you changes, a day feels like a year because you live a fulfilling life with so much experience packed into the day in a very conscious manner. The more conscious we become of who we are, the closer to 'God' we are. In this episode you will learn my secret sauce, learnt through a lot of pain and struggling. Now without doing this 4 step process I do not even bother with anything else. You will do the same.

Suddenly I got the idea that what's better to talk about this topic than reading our the past few journal entries I have on there. Shadow work sounds scary, sounds like some ghostly and magical, demonic stuff but trust me it isn't. It is the most liberating and beautiful thing you will do for yourself. Shadow work is the art of diving deep into you own subconscious mind and making your unconscious conscious. It is the art of discovering a side of you that you are running away from or trying to avoid. You shine light on this side of yourself and suddenly you will shift your internal reality which mirrors into the outside world.

Failure is part of life. As a human being we have to accept that we will make mistakes and thats the only way we will grow as long as we learn, adapt and change from those painful experiences. The only difference between the beginner and the master is that the master has failed more times than the beginner has even attempted something. Similar are my experiences in this podcast episode where I share my personal failures, mistakes and setbacks and the mind-frame I am approaching the situation going forward.

We are all born a certain kind of way, in ways we cannot explain. Why was I always so quiet while my classmates were noisy and running around all the time? We are all wired differently and bring different personalities to the table. Once you understand your own personality, you will have great power over yourself and with that you will have greater responsibility over your life which means you can better shape your life the way you want it.

In this episode you will get a perspective on life that may not make sense to you at first but suddenly hit you like a truck. I also go into behaviour pattern changing into becoming someone that achieves your highest purpose in life.

A quick episode talking a bit about focus. You get better at what you FOCUS on, easier said than done as we live in a world full of distractions but you'd be surprised that if you choose to focus on a few things that inspire you, focus a specific time on them, you can allow yourself to improve and enjoy the pleasures of all the distractions in the world.
