I remember sitting in a productivity workshop and listening to the moderator tell me about productivity and the keys to being more effective on a day-to-day basis.  He said something that I never forgot during the first 30 minutes of the workshop that changed my life forever.  It helped me reduce the stress and the overwhelm that I had created in my own life.
If you are like me then you may have achievements issues that come from pride or you could be like other doers who are driven by a need to look perfect. Regardless of the type of sickness, many of us have an activity problem.  Mainly we do too much all the time.
