The only time you are actually growing is when you are uncomfortable.

In todays Friday Fire we talk all about growth and how it is uncomfortable, though that is how you evolve into your next version. It is said when you come to a mountain and you can't go over, try and go around. If you can't go around, try and go through it. If you can't go through it stop and sit and ponder how important is it to get to the other side. For if you have enough drive and desire you will find a way.
