This podcast is designed to help people get 1% better and just keep growing and healing through things- Big or small. The idea behind it is to start helping you become more self-aware of things and deepening that relationship with yourself so that you can get deep with yourself to do the hard inner work. Mindfulness, self awareness, and inner child healing are all things that I have personal experiences with!
