The founder of Chylinski Media and social media & marketing guru, Danielle Chylinski joins the show as she delivers incredible insight on authenticity, community, and accessibility.
Competitively driven to bring her truest self to her work, Danielle is an example of what we can achieve when we recognize our skillset and believe in the impact we can have.
In an industry where there are plenty of well-established methods to building business, Danielle has built a marketing business that ensures the client they'll receive what they came to her for - an online presence that conveys exactly who they are and what makes them great.
An entrepreneur heavy episode, the topic of Authenticity is at the heart of our discussion and something Danielle presents through her journey to realizing she had the ability to make an impact in what she does today. Furthermore, she prioritizes getting to know exactly who her clients are as people and businesses before presenting any information about costs and process. Lastly, Danielle has always leaned into opportunities that involve unknowns and areas she is not educated on, embracing so called weaknesses by acknowledging a need to learn, while emphasizing her ability to still contribute in other areas.

We welcome in the Director of Corporate Relations with the American Cancer Society, Lena Spotleson who also makes time to be the Head JV Girls Basketball Coach for North High School in Arizona.
Lena brings to the show a competitive edge and level of fortitude that we are fortunate to be able to learn from, while also providing personal insight into how her life was changed forever 15 years ago.
A born and bred competitor who, through the game of basketball, learned how to handle setbacks and defeats in ways where she knew she had to simply keep on going, no matter what, and get the job done. Those lessons from basketball were crucial when life handed her the most difficult of challenges in the form of a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
Lena offers insight into the very mindset that supported her through times when others may have chosen to succumb to the moment. We also learn about striving for a proactive approach during adversity in how you choose to search for answers and refuse to be left in the dark. Finally, we learn how we can use our experiences to inspire and impact others by leaning on our hardships when coaching and mentoring others.
Be sure to head to www.cancer.org to learn more about the American Cancer Society and the work they do towards cancer research and supporting those impacted by cancer as well.

Competing with yourself is what this show has been built upon, and Larry Long Jr. has such high standards he lives by that the only competitor worthy of going toe-to-toe with him would be himself! Making a career out of leaning into greatness, Larry joins us to light the competitive fire within you to find intent in your work, to disrupt any comfort you are living life by, and seek that optimal version of yourself. Buckle in for the ball of energy that is Larry Long Jr.
An elite baseball player that sunk his competitive teeth into the world of sales post playing days, Larry established his own company, Larry Long Jr. Enterprises as recently as March of this year. In that short time he has established himself as the MC on the mic that all conferences and virtual events the world over want as their frontman, but his services very much only start there.
We quickly get into the foundations and values that Larry prioritizes in his work and life in order to be the example for others of what it means to establish excellence as your minimum standard. Furthermore, Larry emphasizes the power of "intent", how we must overcome our fears, and the responsibility we have to ourselves to "seize the day".
There is so much to unpack in this 30 minute conversation that I am sure you will want to learn more about the man himself, so be sure to go to larrylongjr.com to learn about his services and how to connect.

In this unique 2-part episode of the show, Steve swaps his role as the interviewer for the show and becomes the interviewee as his buddy, Pat Fellows (Owner of Fresh Junkie & Host of Fresh Junkie Radio) sits down as the host and guides the conversation for this fun spin on the show.
Here in Part 2 we get to learn about the more recents successes and happenings in Steve's coaching career, starting with the work he did as the coach to first-time US Olympian and Gold medalist, Brooks Curry in his rise to stardom this past summer. Furthermore, Steve has made a big career decision recently to step away from swim coaching and pursue a career in coaching on a much wider scale.
In addition to discussing the value of goal-setting, a big part of the discussion in this episode is based around a concept Steve presents he calls "the minimum standard". Steve & Pat discuss the notion that through implementing a minimum standard we establish the expectations we must embrace of ourselves in order to pursue our potential, our goals, and our optimal self.
If you enjoyed some of the talking points from both parts of this 2-part installment of the show, be sure to reach out and connect with Steve Mellor at [email protected] to find out more about the services he now provides in relation to a wide variety of coaching.
