In this episode we discuss the simple, boring, day-in and day-out, ordinary things and how God uses them. Many people ask whether or not anything really matters. The reality is that everything matters. There is purpose and meaning behind everything we do - including the boring stuff. Too often we seek the highs, the stuff, the experiences to fill us when we are meant to be fulfilled by serving God in ordinary, glorious ways.
In this episode we discuss a Biblical view of emotions and feelings. Do they matter or not? How much do they matter? Does God care about them? How do we honor God with the way we feel? We also attempt to unpack our internal experience as image bearers by understanding how our minds, wills, and feelings work. We also try to debunk some incorrect perspectives on our feelings. We pray this helps you glorify and obey God with how you feel.
