In this episode we discuss why and how we can fear the Lord rather than fearing man. Every person faces the battle of valuing how the Lord views us versus how people view us. We all have an innate desire for approval and acceptance. This can lead us to acting and speaking in a way so that people will approve of us instead of acting and speaking in such a way that God will approve of us. Our goal with this episode is to define what it means to fear the Lord, why it is difficult to fear the Lord, and some practical ways we can begin to shift how we live to please God rather than man. 

In this episode we tackle the tricky topic of modesty. What does it mean to be modest? What does the Bible have to say about the way we present ourselves, including the way we dress? We offer what we pray is a helpful starting point for this discussion.
