Some of the things we mentioned in this episode:

    Favourites of the Week:

    • Tatjana: The moment her Mumbai friend went to a Chinese Mahjong club and restaurant in Kolkata and met Tatjana's mother-in-law in a moment of serendipity (isn't it crazy how small the world is?)

      • How to Change the World:

Definition of Active Citizenship: People who get involved in their local communities and democracy at all levels, from town to cities to nationwide activities. • Our 10 Tips for Successful Goal Setting

                        1. Create different categories for your goals (e.g. business / career, relationships, fitness / health, finances, personal growth, social impact, etc.)
                        2. Set S.M.A.R.T. goals (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timebound)
                        3. Short-term vs long-term goals (break down your 5-year-plan into smaller short-term goals and align your weekly/monthly goals with your long-term life vision)
                        4. Habit goals (example: health habits such as going for daily walks) vs one-time goals (example: a work goal with a clearly defined start and end date that creates feeling of satisfaction upon completion)
                        5. Create Systems (eg. create a hiring process) and Habits (eg. log into LinkedIn every morning) to help you achieve your Goals (eg. grow your business)
                        6. Focus on input goals rather than output goals (because 99% of the time the output depends on external factors but you can control 100% of your input to achieve goals)
                        7. Find an Accountability Partner
                        8. Write down your goals and create habit trackers and vision boards
                        9. Use the Pressure Method for motivation
                        10. Celebrate your achievements!
                        11. Bonus Tip: Review and Repeat!
