The Effect on Us is one of the most amazing Podcasting projects I have come across.

Eliane Goldstein is a 13-year old young lady from Montreal who has been interviewing Holocaust survivors and their children and grandchildren for the first season of her Podcast "the Effect on US". She looks at the effects the Holocaust had on people from generation one to generation three.

I have come across her podcast when I was looking for a suitable way to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day. Eliane does something extraordinarily important, she collects the memories before they disappear and passes them on to the next generations. If we want to remember, the personal stories are the only way human brains can fathom what happened.
