Small wonder that finding your ikigai is closely linked to living longer.
The book says you need to find out what you want to do, get paid for it, create value in someone's life, and make a positive impact on society by doing it. If you're doing it, it means you have found your Ikigai. Eat healthy, remain active, and be with great mindset of people.
