On this episode, we brought in a young businessman, Ablenae Dawit, who is the General Manager of Sewasew Design, and he presented a story of how he and his mother transformed the company from ETB150k in debt to a viable business, as Ablenae tells it. Sewasew design is a family business, and he used social media to reach out to new customers.

Today's guest is Muaz Jemal, a young stand-up comedian who is new to the scene, and we talked about his experience as a stand-up comedian as well as his life outside of comedy. We talked about social issues like marriage, and because he is a newlywed, he told us about his wedding experience. He also expressed his concern about how there are so many motivational speakers out there and it is becoming difficult to distinguish the scammers from the genuine motivators with real-life experience.

On this episode, we are joined by Semegn Tadesse(founder of Freelance Ethiopia Telegram Bot); a multi-business owner  to our studio to share his experience with business and startups in the Ethiopian environment. He stated that a lot of younger people are delusional when it comes to startups because they always target the 1% or 5% of the population when in reality 99 percent of the population's problem is something else and that they really need to change the way they solve problems for a country like ours.

On this episode, we discussed some of the current issues surrounding the Russia-Ukraine war, as well as the celebration of the Adwa victory, and how people are underestimating the significance of the celebration by making it about race and clan victory rather than African and world history.
