In this session, we spoke about multiple reasons. Single family homes investment vehicle is not just for the beginner investor. We also spoke about the differences between single family homes and multi-unit. We spoke about creating your checklist to make sure you review all the important items you need to look into before making a decision about buying a rental property. This list is different than the financial analysis list that you should regularly update based on your personal investment preferences in criteria. We also spoke about HOA and how we have mixed feelings about having edge way in our community.
