Emotions are part of life. As spiritual beings having a human experience, we have the ability to experience all the emotions: Anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, frustration, guilt, shame, worry, and so many more.

We often try to stuff our emotions away, shutting them down without feeling them fully. This meditation is designed to help you fully feel and process emotions in a safe container, then use Reiki to heal and awaken your energy.
