There is a new drive to get more blind and partially sighted people into the sport of running.

 To support this, there are a growing number of Guide Runners across the UK, ready to help individuals take to the streets and it can all be done over a new accessible website.

 RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Tim Cook, to learn more about the Guide Running site, and Andy Keir, a visually impaired runner.
