Radio traffic of a possible kidnapping. Pursuit was initiated by Guilderland Police which ended up with the car being found ditched near a water tower where K9s searched for a suspect. While the pursuit was happening a responding unit from Guilderland PD flipped their car along with NYSP having one of their cars involved in an accident. Unknown if the GPD and NYSP car collided or somehow got into an accident at the same time. Incident is still underway at the time of posting this event.
