Cronyism is the practice of partiality in awarding jobs and other advantages to friends or trusted colleagues, especially in politics and between politicians and supportive organizations.

One of the most basic themes in ethics is fairness, stated this way by

Artistotle: "Equals should be treated equally and unequals unequally." Favoritism, cronyism, and nepotism all interfere with fairness because they give undue advantage to someone who does not necessarily merit this treatment

I know right some heavy going topics but we say why not.

Fear is one of the most basic human emotions. It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct. From the time we're infants, we are equipped with the survival instincts necessary to respond with fear when we sense danger or feel unsafe. 

As the Guru said when entering the lions cage at feeding time simply imagine you're in a love scene  as apposed to being fearful of the lions & you will have fully tested the Gurus theory.
