First, The plaintiff says she’s had nothing but problems since the defendant became her neighbor. She’s suing because she claims the defendant falsely accused her of pulling a gun on her daughter and jumped her. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

Lastly, The plaintiff used to work with the defendant, and they became friends. The plaintiff says she loaned the defendant money, but the defendant stopped paying and got fired. She argues the defendant filed a restraining order against her and threatened to shoot her, so she’s suing for an unpaid loan and emotional distress. The defendant is countersuing for emotional distress.
