Mark Uraine  I’m doing really well today. Just this week, my 12 year-old daughter got the hang of surfing, and so that’s been an amazing moment lately. It’s just watching her stand up on that surfboard, it’s so cool, but how have you been?

They shared summaries from talks from WordCamps and other conferences by KAdam White, Greg Ziolkowski, Jonathan Williams and Felix Frantz. Mark fills you in on the ongoing usability testing by the design team and how they influence development and design. Birgit discussed with Mark the work on the Gutenberg Starter Theme and the multi-block transformations to columns. They also mentioned features in the works, like gradients for background of blocks, row and column styling for the table block and a new list search for categories in the document settings.
