Hullo, hullo, hullo! We hope we have lots of barristers and high-court judges listening in tonight, as Osiris Prime has rigged a ton of legal news across the games industry for this episode. We kick things off with details on the Rhode Island legislative move to tax violent video games to fund mental health care.

And then there are a bunch of fans trying to gain legal clearance to revive abandoned online games and reconstitute their servers so long-lived fans can still play these titles when the publisher decommissions the servers. It's a heap o' legal eagle stuff, so buckle up as SwissGuard and Prime run you through the legal news that's best fit for podcasting!
