What is the difference between the average person and the great people in this world? It's not talent, it's not intelligence, nor is it luck. The only difference between the average person and the great people in this world is what I call purpose.
As you are climbing up the pyramid it is important to have purpose. The higher up you are, the more people are looking at you, the more effect you have on other people. On this level success is defined by your ability to help others achieve their goals. You must be able to inspire and lead others. Your name and your accomplishments will mean little without respect and admiration of those around you and who (you) help(ed).
