Movement is simply more people learning to do simple affective habits. In the world of the head, heart, and hands of the multiplying church and her leaders, we will never move beyond the affective habit of seed sowing the gospel.
Start a habit. Track if that habit is affecting the change you expected. Adjust. Invite others to join you in that habit. Add time and you will affect movement.

In this podcast episode, Mark discusses the importance of tracking in order to assess progress towards the goal of reaching every place with the gospel. Tracking helps leaders assess how they are doing and develop a strategy for their context. We need to track the right things -- Mark mentions three key metrics he uses in his context: gospel shares, baptisms, and churches. These metrics help them determine if they are on target for the five parts of kingdom growth: entry, gospel, discipleship, church, and establishing leaders.

Life is a balance. We need work, we need play, we need friends and family. Should you get to focused on one thing at the expense of the others, you may find success, but the pile of increasing failures in other areas will become a weight hung around your neck too great to carry. The key is moderation in everything, or as Mark and I like to say here on the H3X Podcast, the radical middle.
