I had the honour of speaking to 75 Canadain forces members.  about stress and health. I spoke from my point of view. i feel proud and hopefull for the future. please comment and share

In this episode, Wade and I started talking about stress management... but we digressed quite a bit. We cover such topics as North America not having a well defined enemy, stress management techniques, jelousy (or Wade's extreme lackthereof) as well as the importance of open communication with your family, friends and partners.
