It's that magical time of the year, FUNDRIVE! If you don't already know, Fundrive is our annual station fundraiser. We come to you with a week of programming, new merch, and events up the wazzoo. This year's theme issssss: CiTR Rocks my World! (Created by our dear Creative Director, who you know very well, Izzy!). The vibe is retro-futurism, space age, like if the Jetsons had a septum. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support the station in meeting the needs of our ever evolving membership, in an ever evolving world <3 You can donate at: donatetocitr.ca This month on Hail! Discordia!, we go through the February/March 2026 issue of that swaggy mag, Discorder. Hear tunes from kers, who just won Shindig, our battle of the bands. Discordiansssss! We are coming to you live in the split-screened issue of Discorder Magazine. Together, we bid farewell to 2025 and say hellooooooo to 2026 (thank god you're here). With New Year's comes resolutions and deliberate changes, which call upon our agency. Will things actually get done, or will they float on by? In this episode, we ask the question: Do we happen to life, or does it happen to us? Both? Neither? Give and Take? In what ways? And soooo on and soooo forth, we chit and chat, we play some tunes with sprinkles of philosophy by the lovely voices of the CiTR Student Exec.

Extra!, a Blank Vinyl Project x Discorder Magazine collab event themed after ‘30s journalism and featuring four bands from our fall Discorder issue: New Meds, The Magic Triangle, Slowicide, and Gadfly. We interviewed each band between sets and added our favorite track from each of them for your listening pleasure. Present as always are our giggles and our ad-libs. Discorder Magazine brought us a jam-packed musical issue this season with many wonderful features from local music festivals such as Bass Coast, Music Waste, Green Auto Fest, Trooper Fest, and Sled Island. Zoie and Izzy open October’s episode with a meditation on how love blurs reality, and the bubble of a music festival can do the same thing. Conversation ensues about what makes art more real for us, and ourselves more real for participating in art. Dreamy tunes and electronic beats are featured as well. Hayyyyy people of Discordia!! Zoie and Izzy are back for our final year of school with a September episode full of musical fun. We didn’t release an August/September issue of Discorder this year, so we went back over some of the June/July issue and played our absolute favorite Under Review tunes for ya. We also added to the best of what we’ve HEARD and the best of what we’ve SEEN with the best of what we’ve EXPERIENCED!We re-capped our summers and discussed our energy for the changing seasons. HELLOOOOOOOO DISCORDIANS!!!! We are back with another episode for ya in the ~heat of the summmerrrrrr~ (that’s a Brockhampton reference for you there). We’re going through the best of what we’ve READ and the best of what we’ve HEARD this month (~you get the beeeeest of both worlds~<3) This episode we had an enriching interview with Nicole Yeung about the intersection of art and politics through the lens of accessibility. Then, we took a looooong hour and a half flight over to Sled Island!! Sled Island is an annual music festival that happens across the city of Calgary, Alberta. Huge shout out to Alicia, our incoming Discorder Exec and in-house Calgarian, who you’ll hear from in this episode. We moshed, we crowd surfed, we danced our little hearts out.
