Residents of Springfield, OH are recalling their city council after their pleas for help over Haitian immigrants go unnoticed. One out of every four residents of the city is a Haitian migrant. Report are, they don't speak the language, get government subsidies, are taking housing from local residents, and have been driving down wages. There are also reports of Haitians decapitating geese in the park and pets being eaten.
