First,The plaintiff hired the defendant to be the photographer at his 50th birthday party. The plaintiff says he was unhappy with the pictures, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant insists he took plenty of great photos, and the plaintiff made irrational demands.

Then, The plaintiff claims the defendant owes him money for a security deposit, so he’s suing. The defendant says she returned part of the deposit, but she withheld some for damages. The defendant is countersuing for emotional distress because the plaintiff often brought women home and didn’t tell her he was on probation for drug charges.
