In today's episode, I'm back! After a long hiatus, I talk about why I took a break, mindset during this time, and briefly update y'all on what's been happening on my end. I also brought back a nice, hot cup of tea where I discuss my recent experiences on hinge (dating app), what the guys' side looks like, the type of profiles we see, and a match that turned out wasn't my match 🙃.
~Enjoy the tea~

Still working out a solid, consistent upload schedule, but here's one for you.
Today's episode is split between two topics and are not really related. I talk about my very first modeling/photoshoot experience and how I think one can get their foot in the door into a modeling career. I share what I've learned and overall impressions of this path, but just so you know I'm a model so I know what I'm talking about *whips hair back* (obviously I'm joking, in no way am I knowledgeable nor an expert in this field). The episode then changes gear into a topic that I'm passionate about and is something that's been a part of my life for a very long time: sports and the athletic pursuit. Like any sane person, I've been binge watching a Korean Netflix series called Physical 100. I'm not gonna spoil it for anyone, but just now that after watching you'll wanna take up some sport or athletic/physical pursuit. I share my current thoughts what the show and what I felt while watching in respect to my athletic career in endurance sports, namely triathlons. By the next episode, know that I'm gonna go all into talking about the it and sharing who I felt a mini crush towards. Here's a secret, there's more than one *wink*.
Enjoy today's episode and share with your friends and family!
I'm back, what more can I say? Well, there's quite a bit actually. For now, I'm making my entrance back to podcasting, spilling some updates on what I've been up to and where I've been, and mostly talking about how truly challenging and depressing it is to figure out what it is you'd want to do for the rest of your life. Yes, we're talking about finding our passions and life career goals or rather the lack there of./
In today's episode, I mainly discuss how I've struggled (and continue to) with finding a genuine passion and goal to strive towards in life. We go over how this feels, but mostly how I believe we can all overcome this slowly but surely. Join me for some relatable feels, advice/methods I think are worth implementing in life for any sort of positive change, and for the sake of joining since it's been awhile and I miss you :)
Do you have no idea how to look for a comfortable, yet supportive walking/running shoe for any situation? As someone who knows his shoes and feet (not in a kinky way), as well as working with a plethora of individuals looking for the right shoe, it dawned on me that people don't know shoes even though it's something we wear virtually every day. Yeah we'll pick a shoe based off aesthetics and a shoe size that doesn't feel extremely tight, but there are other crucial factors to consider if you want to improve your feet health and feel super comfy.
In today's episode I cover the very basics in finding the right shoe no matter the intended purpose, but it'll mainly be geared towards shoes for walking and running. On a separate note, I also felt compelled to explore one of many practices that I do myself which helps not only in better understanding others regardless who they are, but also become more compassionate.
Enjoy~

Let's keep things short and juicy. In this episode, Joey is spilling tea on his experiences on working at a specialty running shop as a retail associate/outfitter, how that changed his outlook on potential careers, and customer interaction stories. Let's be honest, it's mostly venting and sharing juicy stories on working with a variety of customers.
