Today we are getting behind the mic with Halinka Hart! She is an ex-pro skier who has suffered several injuries and health setbacks. She is a certified Mobility & Rehabilitation Coach, Level 3 PT & has a 1:1 (BSc). She specializes in mobility & rehabilitation and getting others back to the sports and daily things they love… without pain. 6 years ago, she was in her second car accident, which resulted in 3 herniated discs, nerve damage & muscle degradation, and loss of feeling. She struggled to walk, and her specialists told her that her injuries could not improve. 

This experience fueled her passion for helping other people heal pain and learn new movements. Now she also loves teaching others about the studied methods she has compiled over 12+ years of research and practice. Injuries and health issues should not stop you from seeking a fit lifestyle. As she puts it….Challenges are there to be overcome. 

Hali is truly a must-follow! After reaching out to Toe Spacer, I discovered her and have started applying her techniques to my mobility routine. I am telling you, everyone is in for a treat today.
