Perry and Shawna have a conversation about the second phrase of the Lord’s Prayer—Hallowed by your name.  Shawna shares how we need to have both intimacy with the Father and the awe of Him to experience the fullness of relationship with God—she brings this point home with a cool story of when her dad worked at Warner Brothers.  Then Perry shares how we can be healed from the brokenness of worshipping gods that are not gods.  “Hallowed by Your name” heals us.  Giving God his rightful place, worshipping him for his holiness, for sending his son to forgive us and transform us, heals us.  Adoring God in all his beauty heals us because we were made to worship one God, the Living God!  The we have some fun with one of our listeners Kate who as a hair stylist wants to give Donald Trump our President a new do!  And finally Shawna shares that praying “Hallowed by Your name,” is not only a call to put God in his rightful place as the only living God, but it is also a prayer that the Father would make us holy as he is holy so that we can represent him and show how beautiful he is to a watching world!
