Ham Radio Operators are calling for less antenna restrictions in the State of Maine, USA, asking the county to 'leave our hobby alone' This is a very interesting article that I found, that deals with another situation where 1 person or groups tries to control what a private individual does with his own property. Take a look and let me know what you think!

When I made the first video on my truck radios, I said there would be follow-ups later. This is the first of many - The Yaesu FTM-500DR radio was released shortly after I made the first video, so today I install it in the mobile Hamshack. Plus I go into further details about the Lido Mounts that I used in my complete install.

Tonight's livestream will discuss my latest fascination with bags for ham radios - not just storage bags or carrying packs, but bags that are made to hold an entire radio station. Unzip the top and operate. Throw it over your shoulder and hike up a mountain while working the transceiver. Have you ever used a radio like this? What bag did you use?
