Hamas has agreed to a 60-day ceasefire proposal with Israel.

An Egyptian official source has told Reuters that the deal includes the return of half the hostages still held in Gaza with Israel releasing some Palestinian prisoners and detainees in return.It comes after hundreds of thousands of Israelis rallied at the weekend calling for the end of the war and the release the remaining captives.
