A family was booted from a Swoop flight after their daughter vomited on the plane. For being removed from the flight, the company offered to pay for the daughter’s ticket, and one way for the mother, but the sister and father weren’t compensated. This isn’t the first story for Swoop this week, as another one saw passengers end up taking a 7 hour bus ride to their destination. With all this bad press, can Swoop survive? What would make people trust a low cost carrier?
