With the next policy decision coming close for the Bank of Canada, the Governor Stephen Poloz is saying that his 2015 interest rate cuts appear to have done what they needed to do. He says that the economy has enjoyed surprisingly strong growth through the first three months of this year and that he expects it to continue at this strength.
