The AWA Heavyweight Championship was held by the likes of Vern Gagne, Nick Bockwinkel, "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig, and many other legends. The AWA World Title was extremely prestigious during the great territory days! We celebrate great reigns and great rivalries for this belt! We bring light to a belt that many wrestling fans might have forgotten or never knew existed!
