On this very specail episode of The Pro Wrasslin Refelction Podcast...

We start the show with a special introductary "Professor's Perspective" with The Professor ChaBelo Vera Cruz... Then in this 2 part review Big Ray, Billy Ray Valentine and the Iconic /bill Schuyler review two of our favorie Pro Wrestling related movies!

Body Slam:

Body Slam is a 1987 American comedy film directed by Hal Needham, starring Dirk Benedict, Roddy Piper, Tanya Roberts, Sam Fatu and Captain Lou Albano. The film revolves around a down-and-out music promoter who inadvertently becomes a successful professional wrestling manager. After being exiled from the business by a rival manager, he finds success in promoting shows that feature both wrestling and rock music. The film features many well-known wrestlers of the time and references the Rock 'n' Wrestling era of professional wrestling.

Hal Needham, who had previously directed the successful Smokey and the Bandit films, had arguments with the pair that produced and wrote the film regarding his changes to the script, resulting in lawsuits that delayed the film's release. As a result, the film was never theatrically released and was instead released direct-to-video.  It was Needham's final film.

Wrestling With Shadows:

Wrestling with Shadows is a 1998 documentary film, directed, produced and written by Paul Jay, which follows World Wrestling Federation (WWF) superstar Bret "The Hitman" Hart during his last year in the WWF, from his World Wrestling Federation Championship victory at SummerSlam to his final match with the company and the infamous Montreal Screwjob at Survivor Series on November 9, 1997.

We also breakdown two of our all-time favorite matches and book two of our "Dream Matches"!
