Her NEW series, 'LA QUINCEAÑERA', is nominated for a 2018 Leo Award for Best Web-Series. It enjoyed a premiere at Morbido Fest where it won the Golden Skull Award for Audience Favorite.

In the podcast, we don't even get to 'DIA DE LOS MUERTOS ', (now on Netflix as part of the 'MEXICO BARBARO' anthology film) or 'M IS FOR MATADOR', Gigi's contribution to 'ABC's OF DEATH 2.5'
Gigi has built something amazing with her collaborators over the past decade, and she brings her insight to the HWP to tell the hammers how to be filmmakers!
