At some point in time we all go through our own individual struggles and one of those struggles may be dealing with negative mental health problems.
I've been really quiet about the Meg the stallion Tory Lane situation in public but I have been expressing my opinions with people in private and on my own time.
Today on the podcast I sit down with my good friend Coach Lyndon Reed and discuss a variety of topics from mental health in the black community to self discipline as it pertains to achieving your goals. Knowing Lyndon for about 3-5 years now, I can honestly say that he's one of the most genuine and cool cats you'll ever meet. Nobody likes being stuck in the same position year in and year out. Black people as a whole has been held down for far too long and there is plenty of blame, both internally and externally, that can be dished out and assigned. We tackle the question of how do black people as a whole fix the problem in our community so that we can see to it our future is a lot more vibrant, bright, joyful and full of positive energy.
Everybody goes to their own individual struggle on their own time. But some people have been dealing with mental issues for upwards of about half of their life and there are select few who have been dealing with it since day one. In today's episode I'm detailing a few reasons why depression and anxiety are so rampant these days and I also give a few solutions on how to deal with them if you find yourself in a depressive or anxious state.
